Bdjie Terms & Conditions — Complete platform terms of use in Bengali

1Introduction & Consent

By using bdjie.bet (hereinafter "bdjie" or the "platform"), you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you object to any clause, please stop using the platform and contact our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdjie and each registered member. By completing registration and clicking "I Agree," you are bound by this agreement.

2Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bdjie, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh is required.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name using your own details. Providing false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• No more than one account may be active per mobile number or device.

Bdjie reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at registration. If any information is found to be false, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. bdjie will never ask for your password over the phone or via chat.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Be cautious when logging in over public Wi-Fi.

If you notice any unexpected transactions or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. bdjie is not liable for losses caused by third parties if the user has violated the security terms.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Bdjie supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant — bank transfers may take up to 2 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (higher limits available for specially verified accounts).
• Withdrawals are typically processed in 10–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals require at least one successful deposit on the account. You must use only your own name and payment method — using a third party's number or account is strictly prohibited.

5Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on bdjie, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except through Cash Out or special offers. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳20.
• The maximum win limit per bet may vary depending on the event and market.
• In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded, though different rules may apply depending on the circumstances.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bdjie reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bdjie offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.

• A specified wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawing only the original deposit without completing the bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts on the same event will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bdjie reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add new conditions to any bonus offer at any time.
• The minimum odds for bets placed with bonus funds are generally 1.5 or higher.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using betting bots, automation software, or AI tools.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Using another person's account or accessing their information without permission.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

8KYC & Identity Verification

Bdjie may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, or if suspicious activity is detected. This process follows international financial security standards.

• You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• You may be required to verify ownership of your mobile banking account.
• Verification is usually completed within 48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Bdjie may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• When KYC verification reveals false information.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, bdjie will notify the user and provide an opportunity to appeal — except in cases of serious terms violations.

To close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10Responsible Betting

Bdjie is committed to promoting responsible betting. Betting should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
